1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order within 10 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@pawanbook.online
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability or fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for eligible returns as per our Return Policy.
• If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 6-8 business days.
• Refunds for returned items will be processed after the product has been received and inspected.
• We do not offer refunds for digital products, gift cards, or perishable items unless they are defective.

3. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
• Products should be in unused and original condition with packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

• Digital downloads or e-books
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance

5. Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
• The refund amount may take additional time to reflect in your bank or payment account, depending on your financial institution.
